At 2weddingdresses.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account at 2weddingdresses.com and navigate to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Send the parcel back to us using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order on our website.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
